detail of the house right panels
i did this amazing set for a huge production of 'the king and i' recently for my best friend, who was directing it. i did it all in about 4 weeks, working mainly on fridays and saturdays because my schedule was so tight. i did a whole bunch of things but these are my favorites.
my friend wanted to spice things up a bit, and asked me to paint some side panels to cover up these ugly things in the house. so i did these. they're scenes of siam, if you will.
they're about 10'x10'. very large. i had to get on a big ladder, which i was not happy about. but everyone LOVED them so it made me happy. it took me about four hours to do these three.
this one is my favorite.
PS: sorry these are so pixelated. my flash wasn't working and it's a pretty large theater.
