i wish i had more time for my art.

well, my fine art, anyway.

because to be entirely honest, the reason i have not been around is because of theatre. it's become my new driving force in life. the reason i get up in the morning. my one reason for living.

my painting and drawing, unfortunately, has become somewhat of a hobby. it's still my outlet for a lot of things, but i realized a little while ago that to devote the same time to painting and acting would drive me into the ground. acting is going to become my career. painting will just have to be my hobby.

it's really depressing, considering how fine art is such a big love in my life. i think it's still the meaning of my life, but acting and theatre is my purpose.

if that makes sense.

so really, i'm going to consciously try to devote more time into painting, because i haven't done it at all as of late.
